14 in 2014

I have always wanted to have a blog. I don't really care if anyone reads it. I just want something to keep me accountable for the goals I have set for 2014. So without further ado, here are my 14 goals for 2014. These goals are strictly CrossFit related

1. Snatch 145lbs
2. Clean and Jerk 185lbs
3. Handstand walk one length of the gym
4. Rx the WOD Amanda
5. Back Squat 215lbs
6. Weight 135lbs (-10lb weight loss)
7. 120lb bench press
8. 10 consecutive strict pull-ups
9. 1:40 500m row time
10. 15 butterfly pull ups in a row
11. be able to do the splits
12. eliminate "binge" days from my lifestyle - enjoy treats responsibly
13. 10 T2B in a row
14. 170lb OH squat
